I started gymnastics at Dimensions when I was 18 months old and got invited to the competitive team at age 4. I switched from artistic gymnastics to Trampoline and Tumbling after an injury. I went on to win National titles in both Trampoline and Double Mini. I have been Coaching Gymnastics since 2011. My favorite color is pink. I'm obsessed with sea turtles and can't live without Cheesecake. I have severe dislikes for dishonesty and snakes. GZG is my home and holds a special place in my heart; I have grown up here and have gymnastics in my blood. I love watching young athletes learn and grow in this sport as I did.
Xcel and Compulsory Team and Recreational Gymnastics
I am a special education and elementary education graduate from Western Washington University. My goal is to become an elementary school teacher. My favorite color is pink, the sport of gymnastics, which I did for eight years, my favorite food is Tacos, and my happy place is Disneyland. I also like cows and have a collection of cow figurines and cow stuffed animals. My favorite thing about GZG is how family-oriented we are.
Trampoline & Tumbling Team, and Recreational Gymnastics
I grew up in this gym doing gymnastics my entire life. I competed at TnT Nationals, podiumed every time, and was the National Champ of Double-mini. I love singing, twisting on the trampoline, and computers.

I started ballet here with Coach Amber when I was three. I have continued to dance around NW WA for 12 years. Gymnastics and Dance are my passion. My favorite things are Corgis and school!! What I love about GZG is how supportive and kind everyone is!

I’m a mom of 3 boys. I’ve lived in several states and countries. I’ve been head coach for multiple gyms and coach levels 6-10, Platinum, and Diamond. I started gymnastics when I was 4. My mom enrolled me because I was always upside down.I love gymnastics, running and hiking with my dogs, hanging out with my three sons, and baking sweets.I dislike scary movies, lima beans, and dirty kitchens. I love the vision of GZG to create a safe place to excel in the sport of gymnastics but also a place to encourage positive self-esteem, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship skills.

I'm most grounded when my body is in movement. I've practiced aerial dance and acrobatics for over 10 years. I work predominantly on silks and hammocks, Lyra; my latest obsession is aerial chains. I want all my students of all ages and abilities to find empowerment, healing, and playful joy. I'm also a yoga teacher. I lived in NYC before finding my home in the PNW. My cat Teza is my favorite being on the planet. I love surprise hugs, ice cream, and kale. I hate bad phone connections, lima beans, and washing the dishes. My favorite thing about GZG is how welcoming everyone is. I'm happy to be a part of this friendly and caring community.
Ninja Zone Coach
I’m originally from Eastern Washinton. I moved over to the PNW when I was 7 years old and found GZG shortly after. I was a ninja here for years, along with taking professional parkour classes in Seattle for a short period. Ever since then, parkour has been my life passion and I love that I get to teach it every day. I’m also very passionate about science and engineering and am currently getting my AS in Materials Science. My favorite color is green. My favorite food is my brother’s chicken carbonara. My least favorite things are dishonesty and rolled ankles!

Hey, I’m Coach Bri! I grew up in Hawaii before moving to WA in middle school.
I have a BS in Psychology from Western University, and apart from coaching, I am also a nanny. I have a loving husband and 3 adorable cats.
I did gymnastics before switching to cheer in high school and college. I started coaching gymnastics in college and have loved it since! I have coached Women’s Artisitc Team Levels 3-5, as well as Xcel Silver and Gold.
My likes are gymnastics, warm weather and sunshine, the beach, Harry Potter, cats, Yoga, and sweets. I dislike being cold

Recreational Coach (on Maternity Leave)
I was born and raised here in the valley. Besides moving to Las Vegas for college and briefly living in California, I’ve lived here my whole life.
I did gymnastics as a kid here on the team for Coach Michelle back when it was Dimensions!
In my free time, I enjoy being on or near the water, boating and water sports, BBQs and bonfires, camping, and spending time with my husband, our two-year-old, and our coonhound.
My favorite color is green, and my favorite foods are sushi and pizza.

Recreational Gymnastics
I am from Stanwood, WA, and will graduate high school in June 2024. I plan to attend college in the fall for international business.
I used to compete Xcel Gold here at GZG. I then went on to do competitive swimming and high school cheer.
My favorite things are coffee and sunsets. I try not to have any dislikes.
My favorite thing about GZG is the community! It has always felt like a home to me, so I returned to coach.
Recreational Gymnastics
I do competitive Artistic Gymnastics, and Trampoline & Tumbling here at GZG. I have grown up in this gym. The things I love most are crime stories, war movies, spaghetti of any kind, gymnastics, and my pets. My favorite thing about GZG is all the fun I have teaching and watching kids learn. I also love spending time with all my friends here at the gym. When I finish school, I hope to attend the University of Tennessee. I dream of being NCIS.

I have been a cheerleader for four years and will continue to cheer in college. I was also a competitive dancer for 12 years. I love the color pink and anything sweet. I like GZG because it is a great community and a great place to be. After high school, I will attend George Fox University to get my diploma in teaching and continue my cheer career.

I have competed on the GZG TNT Team for 8 years and have been doing gymnastics for 10 years total. I love Ninja/Parkour, riding my one-wheel, playing Pokemon Go, and doing tricks on the trampoline.

I have done gymnastics since I was three years old. I love gymnastics, as well as softball which is what I am now doing. I love all the food, but my favorite is Pho. My favorite color is yellow. What I love most about GZG is that it is family; it is a good and fun place to be.

My name is Eloisa, but I go by Ello when you can't find me at the gym, you can find me slaying coffee beans. In my free time, I love making all types of artwork. My favorite thing to do is organize and clean. My dream car is a Toyota 4 Runner in red. My favorite things about GZG are the kids, families, and all the staff.

My favorite color is blue, but the shades of blue like the sky. I dislike negativity. There is power in positive thinking. My favorite food is fresh, and if it comes out of my yard and, therefore, free. Since having the opportunity of owning the gym for so many decades, my favorite thing would be that I had the privilege to raise my children in the gym and had the chance to watch so many other children grow from infants to adults.

I did gymnastics for ten years and have been a coach for 15 years; I actually grew up doing gymnastics with Coach Michelle. I did Ballet for 19 years and also taught dance classes for many years. My absolute favorite color is blue. When I was a kid, my dream was to be a missionary in a foreign country. What I like that GZG is that it is a positive place for families.

I am from Ohio and moved to the area in 2004 with my husband, now Retired Navy. I did gymnastics as a child and had always loved this sport. My favorite food is all fruits! My favorite color is green because it reminds me of spring. My lifelong dream job is to become a clown with the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus. I dislike Gloomy days and love warm sunny days. My favorite things about GZG are the coaches and families and that this place is never dull, it's a new adventure every day.

I am originally from Ohio and have been active in sports my entire life. I attended the University of Cincinnati for Sports Medicine/Management. I retired from the U.S. Navy on April 30, 2023. I was stationed out of NAS Whidbey Island. My favorite food is the Philly Cheese Steak, my favorite color is blue, and my favorite animal is the Golden Retriever. My dream job has always been to be a Professional Basketball player, but having this gym is my next best thing. Things I dislike the most are slow lefthand lane drivers.
