I started gymnastics at Dimensions when I was 18 months old and got invited to the competitive team at age 4. I switched from artistic gymnastics to Trampoline and Tumbling after a particularly bad injury and went on to win National titles in both Trampoline and Double Mini. I have been Coaching Gymnastics since 2011. My favorite color is pink. I'm obsessed with sea turtles, and I can't live without Cheesecake. I have serious dislikes for dishonesty and snakes. GZG is my home and holds a special place in my heart; I have grown up here and have gymnastics in my blood. I love watching young athletes learn and grow in this sport as I did.

I am a special education and elementary education major at Western Washington University. My goal is to become an elementary school teacher. My favorite color is pink, sport is gymnastics which I did for eight years, food is Tacos, and place to be is Disneyland. I also really like cows and have a collection of cow figurines and cow stuffed animals. My favorite thing about GZG is how family-oriented we are.
Trampoline & Tumbling Team, and Recreational Gymnastics
I grew up in this gym doing gymnastics my entire life. I competed at TnT Nationals, podiumed every time, and was National Champ of Double-mini. I love singing, twisting on the trampoline, and computers.
Xcel Team, and Recreation Gymnastics
I started ballet here with Coach Amber when I was three. I have continued to dance around NW WA for 12 years. Gymnastics and Dance are my passion. Favorite things are Corgis and school!! What I love about GZG is how supportive and kind everyone is!
Ninja Kidz, and Recreational Gymnastics
I have been involved in gymnastics since 1996. I love teaching gymnastics, Ninja, and I am also a teacher and have been training in Chinese Martial Arts for over 12 years. My dislikes are traffic and bad drivers. My favorite thing about GZG is how everyone is welcome to enjoy and explore all of GZG's different activities, classes, and programs.
Ninja Kidz Coach
I grew up doing parkour and I have always loved it! GZG is like my own little American Ninja Warrior course, and I have so much fun teaching the kids new skills here. My favorite color is pink, and my favorite food is sandwiches.
Trampoline & Tumbling and Artistic Team, and Recreational Gymnastics,
Gymnastics is in my DNA and has always been part of my life. I reached level 9 in artistic gymnastics before I started competing in the upper levels of Double Mini and Power Tumbling in T&T. I have been coaching gymnastics for over 20 years. I have also been coaching tumbling for cheerleaders, as well as acro dance. My favorite color is blue, my favorite event is the Balance Beam, and my favorite and best skill is handstands. My Favorite thing about GZG is the memories that have been made, and the future ones to come. This gym was my home away from home while growing up and will always be in my heart.
AERIAL SILKS Instructor
I'm most grounded when my body is in movement. I've practiced aerial dance and acrobatics for over 10 years. I work predominantly on silks and hammocks, Lyra, and my latest obsession is aerial chains. I want all my students of all ages and abilities to find empowerment, healing, and playful joy. I'm also a yoga teacher. I lived in NYC before finding my home in the PNW. My cat Teza is my favorite being on the planet. I love surprise hugs, ice cream, and kale. I hate bad phone connections, lima beans, and washing the dishes. My favorite thing about GZG is how welcoming everyone is. I'm happy to be a part of this friendly and caring community.
Ninja Kidz Coach
My dream job is to be an engineer, and for my athletic goals, I've always wanted to be able to do a backflip on flat ground. I love dogs and animals in general; I also love doing parkour and gymnastics! My favorite food is lasagna, and my favorite color is green. The best part about ground zero to me is the back tramp because it's a great place to practice and perfect your skills.
Recreational Gymnastics
I do competitive Artistic Gymnastics, and Trampoline & Tumbling here at GZG. I have grown up in this gym. The things I love most are crime stories, war movies, spaghetti of any kind, gymnastics, and my pets. My favorite thing about GZG is all the fun I have teaching and watching kids learn. I also love spending time with all my friends here at the gym. When I finish school, I hope to attend the University of Tennesee, I dream of being NCIS.

My favorite color is pink, and my favorite coffee drink is an Iced Chai latte. My hobbies are napping and playing with my cats, Mitsy, Mimo, and Frieda. My favorite thing about GZG is the children.

If you see Coach Jazzy, make sure you stop her and say hello. Jazzy loves to introduce herself and the other coaches in the gym. Her favorite thing to do is walk around on the gym floor with the coaches and all the kids. She says that she dislikes it when Coach Chandra makes her play games, but we know she secretly likes it. 😉

Adult Recreational Gymnastics
I competed in high school and at a private club in California for four years before moving to a small Alaska community. Before coaching teens and adults, I was enrolled in the adult class and watched my daughter’s competitive gymnastics to level 10. my favorite food is tacos, the color is green, and my pet is my horse India. My favorite thing about GZG is a positive atmosphere and that as a coach, I can be creative with the students in my class, and we have fun.

I wanted to be a gymnast since I was nine years old. Twenty-eight years later, I was lucky enough to find the adult class and have been ever since. I love the sport and can’t get it out of my system. My favorite foods are Diet Coke with a McDonald’s plain hamburger. I always wanted and still want to be an Olympic Gymnasts, of course. My favorite thing about GZG is the trampolines and being able to jump and compete on the team.

My favorite color is blue, but the shades of blue like the sky. I dislike negativity. There is power in positive thinking. My favorite food is fresh, and if it comes out of my yard and, therefore, free. Since having the opportunity of owning the gym for so many decades, my favorite thing would be that I had the privilege to raise my children in the gym and had the chance to watch so many other children grow from infants to adults.

I did gymnast for ten years and have been a coach for 15 years; I actually grew up doing gymnastics with Coach Michelle. I did Ballet for 19 years and also taught dance classes for many years. My absolute favorite color is blue. When I was a kid, my dream was to be a missionary in a foreign country. What I like that GZG is that it is a positive place for families.

I am from Ohio and moved to the area in 2004 with my husband, who is Active Duty Navy. I did gymnastics as a child and had always been in love with this sport. My favorite food is all fruits! My most favorite color is green because it reminds me of spring. My lifelong dream job is to become a clown with the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus. I dislike Gloomy days and love warm sunny days. My favorite things about GZG are the coaches and families, and that this place is never dull, it's a new adventure every day.

I am originally from Ohio, and I have been active in sports my entire life. I attended the University of Cincinnati for Sports Medicine/Management. Currently, I am Active Duty with the U.S. Navy and stationed out of NAS Whidbey Island. My favorite food is the Philly Cheese Steak, favorite color is blue, and most favorite animal in the world would have to be a Golden Retriever. My dream job has always been to be a Professional Basketball player, but having this gym is definitely my next best thing. Things I dislike the most are slow lefthand lane drivers.
