What you will learn in Aerial Silks
Our classes are available for all levels and are designed to teach and safely build the foundations of aerial silk training. Students will learn basic climbs, foot locks, hip keys, and sequences on aerial fabric starting low to the ground. These classes are small and specific, with individual coaching and attention to detail.

As students progress, they will learn to pose, climb, flip, spin, and drop while developing strength, confidence, and creativity.
Students will learn the fundamentals of aerial silks and unique types of movements in the air, in addition to conditioning exercises focused on the increasing upper body and core strength.
About the Classes
We offer classes for Beginner through Experienced. These classes are for ages seven and older.
What should you wear to an Aerial Arts Class?
BOTTOMS: Long leggings.
TOPS: Fitted t-shirt.
No loose or baggy bottoms to tops.
No prior experience is needed. Students will be able to learn at their own pace. Private lessons are also available.
