Our goal is to offer a safe and fun experience, as well as an affordable place for kids of all ages to stay active, make friends, exercise, and build self-confidence.
Ground Zero Gymnastics, formally Skagit Valley Dimensions of Gymnastics, was established by Michelle Ford in 1974, and she has been serving the local community ever since. Kevin and Chandra Chaffins, owners of Ground Zero Gymnastics, feel very fortunate to have Coach Michelle remain an active component of the gym and have enjoyed expanding on her legacy. Kevin retired from the US Navy on April 30, 2023, and is now full-time at GZG. Chandra is the business manager of Ground Zero Gymnastics (GZG).
GZG, provides exceptional gymnastics programs at an affordable price.
Ground Zero Gymnastics is designed to encourage the development of students of all ages. We take pride in helping raise children to become respectable young adults by challenging them physically and mentally.
Our goal is to inspire and build confidence through the experience of the many classes we have to offer; Gymnastics, Trampoline, Tumbling, Silks, Adult, Ninja Zone, and our Team Programs.
We believe that exercising bodies and minds in a fun and safe environment will help build confidence and self-esteem. Fun with exercise is critical for a healthy lifestyle and development. Our professional and certified instructors work with students to encourage interactions and approach challenges in a
fun and positive way. As an affiliate with USA Gymnastics,
we follow the guidelines for all our programs.
