Offers gymnastics learning in the comfort of your home or yard and taught in a multitude of levels by the coaches that your kids already know and love.
Velcro or chalk line, non slip, will work for your beam. Parent approved pillows and cushions can help as small mats. for those without a home bar, we will teach bar workups and what outcome can come from mastering them.
Always practice in a safe open environment. Parents, make sure that you are there to supervise. Please make sure that you or your child are not attempting anything above their or your ability. GZG is not responsible for damages to yourself, your pets, your family, grandmas priceless vase, or your house, so always practice with caution!!!
